Tridge Finders are freelance agents who usually have more than 5 years of work experience, on average, in specific industries. They share not only their professional experience but also valuable business connections with Tridge. With their help, we are able to operate at a much larger scale than other sourcing companies do. Our network now has over 28,000 Finders in over 80 countries and is capable of sourcing a wide variety of food products.

Since our business revolves around Tridge Finders, we need all those who are interested in becoming Tridge Finders to go through our application process before they get approved to become ones.

When approved, a Tridge Finder can contribute to one of the following areas:

Connecting Suppliers With Tridge

As we are a global sourcing company, we always look for reliable suppliers that can provide high-quality products at the best prices. To make things more scalable, we ask our Finders to find suppliers and get quotes for products that we are looking for.

As soon as we are able to verify the quotes submitted by our Finders, we pay them 25% of the trade commission paid to Tridge when we sell the products sourced from their suggested suppliers.

Connecting Buyers With Tridge

The most compelling way of working with Tridge is that we reward our Finders for connecting us with buyers by sharing up to 50% of the total trade commission generated from transactions between Tridge and their introduced buyers. In exchange, we ask our Finders to support the transactions between Tridge and the buyers until the transactions are successfully closed.

Sharing Expertise With Tridge

Another way to work as a Tridge Finder is to propose new trade items.

We ask them to provide detailed product suggestion which is not yet included in our trade platform (www.tridge.com). As a reward, we pay them USD 200 when they propose a new item after it is confirmed by internal review process.

For Buyers

Tridge operates on our global network of Tridge Finders helping our clients to source products from different countries. Since our Tridge Finders are freelance local experts, we are able to identify reliable and high-quality suppliers that otherwise would have been overlooked by using other means of sourcing. With this unique benefit of our business model, we can ensure that we can find the right food suppliers for our clients anywhere.

For Tridge Finders

We regard our Finders as business partners, and we treat them as such. We work closely with them to bridge new opportunities between countries, to bring trades to life, and to reap benefits from the market arbitrage. These are only achieved through our unique business model in which our Finders contribute by connecting suppliers and buyers with Tridge, and sharing their invaluable insights with us as mentioned earlier.

Working as a Tridge Finder is not a full-time job. Our Tridge Finders can work from anywhere regardless of their locations. Nevertheless, we require them to work professionally by delivering high-quality work on time. For the case of connecting Tridge with buyers, we also need them to be committed to the transactions between Tridge and the buyer by contributing consistently until the transactions are successfully closed.

Whether you will be qualified as a Tridge Finder depends on various factors. During the application process, we will ask you to provide some background including details about yourself, your career and education. You will also be asked about your experience and business connections in sales/distribution and sourcing/procurement/purchasing. This information collectively helps us to determine who would be able to help us find suppliers, connect with buyers or learn from their expertise and knowledge.

There are three ways our Finders can earn from Tridge.

Connecting Suppliers With Tridge

You will be able to earn 25% of the total commission paid to Tridge for each sourcing request or “sourcing job” that you respond to, when we sell the product sourced from your recommended suppliers to our buyers.

Connecting Buyers With Tridge

You will be able to earn up to 50% of the total commission paid to Tridge generated from a transaction between Tridge and your introduced buyer.

Sharing Expertise With Tridge

You will be able to earn USD 200 when you propose new items to trade which are not yet included in our product line ups at www.tridge.com and when it is approved to be added.

As of now, we support two payment methods. The first one is to receive your payment via bank transfer. Another is to receive it in your PayPal account. We encourage you to register for a PayPal account to receive your full amount of compensation without any deduction. If you choose to receive it via bank transfer, any fee incurred during the transfer will be deducted from the payment amount sent to you.

As a Tridge Finder, you can connect us with suppliers by sharing information about them and their quotes for specific products that we are looking for. By connecting us with your suppliers, you help both of us discover opportunities of doing business together. By submitting valid quotes about suppliers and registering them to Tridge under your referral, you will be able to earn up 25% of the trade commission generated from your recommended supplier.

You can start connecting suppliers with Tridge when you receive “sourcing jobs” from us. A sourcing job is basically a request outlining the products that we are looking for. We will make sourcing jobs available to you based on the information you specified on your profile. For example, if you have experience in procurement in the food industry, then you will likely receive sourcing jobs asking you to source food products. Therefore, to maximize your chance of receiving relevant sourcing jobs, we recommend you to always make your profile complete and up-to-date.

Unless you have your own supplier directory, you would need to do some online research to find suppliers for the products we are asking you to source. After you have identified the right suppliers, you would then need to contact them via email or phone to find out whether they can actually meet our requirements and to ask them to provide quotes for the products are looking for. After that, you might need to wait for several days and follow up with them as necessary to get their quotes. As soon as you have gathered all the required information, you can submit it to us for evaluation.

You will need to submit information about the suppliers that you have been getting in touch with. This includes information such as company name, business type, company description and so on. You will also need to provide details about their quotes for the products we are looking for as much as possible. This includes information such as unit price, minimum order quantity, logistics terms, payment terms, product specifications and so on. Please make sure that you check the information you have obtained from the suppliers against the list of information we need before submitting it to us.

As a Tridge Finder, you can also connect us with buyers by letting us know which buyers you are connected with and what kinds of products they are looking for. By sharing your trade ideas, you can start trades between your recommended buyers and Tridge. Helping both of us discover opportunities of doing business together. By supporting the transactions til the end, you will be rewarded with up to 50% of the trade commission paid to Tridge from successful trades between your buyers and Tridge.

Since Tridge is specialized in sourcing food products, we are looking forward to connecting with buyers of food-related products regardless of their geographical locations. Yet, we are also open to considering buyers of other product categories as well since we plan to expand our expertise to other categories in the near future.

To start connecting your potential buyer with Tridge, you will need to share your trade idea with us by submitting a “trade idea” outlining the information about the buyer and the products in demand. After submission, we will evaluate your trade idea. If it is approved, you will be able to sign an agreement to secure your right to earn your reward. Once the buyer engages in a transaction with Tridge, you will be asked to provide supports to facilitate the transaction. Once the transaction is closed successfully, you will be paid for 50% of the total commission paid to Tridge generated from the transaction.

To be eligible for your reward, you will be asked to facilitate the trade between your introduced buyer and Tridge. Since most of the tasks such as contracting suppliers, developing products, handling logistics and even managing inventories will be done by Tridge, you can focus on providing your support in research, communication with your buyer, negotiation of prices and terms as well as other tasks that are needed to be done from your side to make the transaction successful.

Oftentimes, we need information to support our operations and facilitate trades. As a Tridge Finder, you can also share your expertise by sharing your information and insights into your specialized industries with us. By sharing your information, you will be able to earn up to USD 200 when your information is considered complete and insightful.

You can start sharing your expertise with Tridge when you receive a “consulting job” from us. A consulting job is basically a request outlining the information that we are looking for. We will send consulting jobs to you based on the information you specified on your profile. For instance, if you have many years of experience in consumer goods industry, then you will most likely receive consulting jobs asking you to share your insights into consumer goods industry. Therefore, to maximize your chance of receiving relevant consulting jobs, we recommend you to always make your profile complete and up-to-date.

The information we need from consulting jobs varies. But, the majority will be related to trading, import, export, purchasing, sales, logistics, warehousing and so on. Thus, if you have expertise in one of these areas or in any of the similar ones, please don’t forget to mention them on your profile.

After you have accepted our consulting job, you will be asked to provide information and insights by providing detailed answers to our questions. An online form for writing your answers will be shown after you have accepted the job. After submitting your answers, we will call you to have your answers clarified over the phone. After you have delivered you information and advice, you will be paid when it is considered as complete and insightful.
